Review
Iron Angel of ApocalypseSTORY / GAMEPLAY
In Iron Angel of The Apocalypse you control a powerful cyborg (half man half robot) called Tetsujin. This guy was created by a mad scientist to destroy all human kind. But as half a man, it seemed that feelings and care for humans never died so you turn against your own creator and set off to find him and kill him along with his vicious servants. The game looks and plays like a more polished Wolfenstein and it reminds us of the Atari Jaguar's Aliens Vs Predator.

GRAPHICS / SOUND
This game shows what the 3DO could do in the first person genre of games. It has great visuals with hundreds of colors on screen, smooth movement and a variety of impressive visual effects, like explosions. Between each mission, there are many Full Motion Video sequences with real actors that narrate the story and the plot. The echo-sound effects bind very well with the visuals and the music score is an excellent CD quality composition that accompanies you through your tough adventure.
